Nicole Lepée has been obsessed with travelling all her life. The annual trips to Germany, Turkey, Italy, Hungary, Greece, Austria, France, Scotland, England, The Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Cuba, USA, Poland, Tchech Republic, ... weren't enough for her. In 2002, she travelled 5 months through Southern Africa, exploring Namibia, Mozambique, Swaziland, Botswana, Lesotho and South Africa.

This made her come to a life-altering decision : "I want to travel as much as possible to see the most beautiful corners of this earth. Being a professional photographer, I want to capture the beauty of everything I see!"

In 2003/2004 she travelled for a whole year through West Africa with her partner Wim Dombrecht, on the project "touching the soul of Africa".

Wim Dombrecht first met Nicole in France, and joined her 7 months later on her adventure through Southern Africa. Together, they planned their West Africa tour for a year, after which the jumped in the car and hit the road. One year later, they came home with thousands of pictures of Morocco, Mauritania, Senegal, The Gambia, Guinea, Burkina Faso, Mali, Ghana, Togo and Benin.

Gauthier van der Straten is a man of many qualities. He's as fast as Lucky Luke with his Canons in the hand.
Grew up in Argentina and had travelling in his blood.
Drove his Defender from Brussels to Cape Town, South Africa for a good cause. "If a picture doesn't have a boat on it, or a close-up of something: j'aime pas!"
